No. I'm now independent and formed the company Kanuka Consulting Ltd with my wonderful wife Kim (who is the best HR consultant in the country - although I could be considered biast in this alone).
Kanuka Consulting Ltd is based out of Tauranga in the beautiful Bay of Plenty and we're here to help!
I've kept the Nth Degree separate though as it's still my brain child and... like I said completely independent!
